Why does my video look like a slide show?
- If you are using a dial-up connection you will get this effect. While Dial-does not affect your audio it does effect how quickly video content can be displayed. VOD is best view with high speed internet access.
What software do I need to view events on Penny Entertainment?
- Even though most PC’s come with Windows Media Player as its default video player, you could also go to the Microsoft website to download the free Windows Media Player software, go to http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/default.mspx
- Does it cost money? No
- What Software do I need for audio only game?
- Most PC audio software will pick up the games, but if you have to download a preferred software, Shoutcast is the software webcast on game through. For a free version go to the following link http://www.shoutcast.com/download/serve.phtml
Why can't I see video correctly on my Mac?
- The current version of our site uses Windows Media Player as the default video codec which is not a usable Mac format. There are 2 fixes for this problem.
- Go to http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/download/AllDownloads.aspx and select the Player 9 for Mac (OSX), it will give you two options, to download Player 9 for Mac or Windows Media Components for Quicktime.
- The other option is to go to http://www.flip4mac.com/wmv_download.htm which offers a product that will allow anyone on a Mac to view Windows Media content as well as export Windows Media content from a Quicktime file. We apologize for the inconvenience and are actively looking into this issue to make your user experience all the more enjoyable.
Since I can’t download game content to my hard drive how can I get a copy of the game?
- You are able to purchase a DVD copy of the game on our website.
